EVENTS

Are you planning an event and would like to understand how it contributes to climate change?

Collaborate with MyImprint to measure, reduce and offsetting your event's emissions!

Measuring the carbon emissions of your event is essential for understanding its environmental impact, guiding efforts to reduce emissions, and demonstrating your commitment to sustainability to stakeholders.

Measuring the carbon footprint of an event involves assessing the total greenhouse gas emissions associated with all aspects of the event's organisation, operation, and attendees' activities.

To measure the carbon footprint, we typically conduct a carbon emissions inventory.

Data we gather:

  • energy consumption,

  • transportation methods,

  • food and beverage choices,

  • waste management practices,

  • and other relevant factors.

This data is then used to calculate the total carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) emissions associated with the event.

Once the carbon footprint is measured, we help identify opportunities to reduce emissions through changes in event planning. This process helps to mitigate the environmental impact of the event and promote sustainability within the events industry.

Your events can achieve MyImprint Measure, Reduce, Balance and Sequester Compliance marks.
